Terms of Service
The agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] for use of PM101.

1. Acceptance
These terms are a contract between you and [COMPANY NAME] (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], trading as PM101. You accept them by ticking the box at signup or by continuing to use the service. If you do not agree, do not use PM101.
2. The service
PM101 is a set of project-management tools: content libraries (prompts, templates, agents), a PPM workspace, an AI assistant, video generation and integrations. We provide the service on an "as available" basis. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
3. Accounts
- One account per person. Keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us at hello@pm101.co.uk if you suspect compromise.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Scrape, mirror or bulk-extract content in ways that bypass the intended UI or rate limits.
- Attempt to bypass row-level security, other tenants' data, or authentication.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Use the service to build a competing generative product, or to resell PM101 AI output as a service.
- Interfere with the service or with other users.
5. Your content and licence
You own the content you create or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and display it solely to operate the service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
If you choose to publish a prompt, template or agent to the community, you additionally grant us and other users a licence to view, run, adapt and moderate that submission for the purposes of the marketplace.
6. AI output
Output produced by PM101 or its AI providers can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your context. It is not legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every AI output before acting on it or sharing it.
7. Plans and billing
- Free tier: capped at 3 prompt runs, 1 video and 10 assistant chats per calendar month.
- Pro: £9 per month (or the equivalent annual price), charged in GBP through Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Promotional codes (for example VETERAN) are offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn or changed.
- Prices may change on 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
8. UK consumer rights and refunds
As a UK consumer you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a paid subscription and receive a refund. Because PM101 is a digital service supplied and available immediately on payment, at checkout we ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose that 14-day right once the paid features are available to you. Ticking the acceptance box at Stripe checkout records that consent.
Outside that consumer withdrawal right, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods. We may issue goodwill refunds at our discretion, for example after a material outage. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal. Your other statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are unaffected.
9. Third-party services
PM101 relies on third parties such as Stripe, Google, Apple, Telegram and the connectors you choose to link. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions.
10. Our intellectual property
The PM101 name, branding, software, curated library content and other original material are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. You may use them only as needed to use the service.
11. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination the licences you grant end, except where we need to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
12. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM101 is provided "as is" and we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of £100 or the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data beyond our reasonable control, or loss caused by third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any breach of your non-excludable statutory rights.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you upload or publish that infringes their rights or breaches applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in the UK you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your place of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and "last updated" date at the top of this page reflect the current terms. Material changes are announced by in-app notice or email. Continued use of PM101 after a material change means you accept the new version.
